Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any of products or booking our classes. By placing an order, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Collection of Cakes, Cookies, Chocolate & Balloons

Collection from Hullabellissimo is available on Thursdays and Fridays 3pm to 6pm and Saturdays 10.00am - 12.00 noon.  We can offer collection slots outside of these hours and days, however, these are discretionary and offered on the basis that collection will occur within a 15 minute window either side of the timeslot which is given (for instance, a collection slot for 14.00 on a Monday will need to be collected within 13.45 and 14.15 timeslot). 

Please note, failure to collect between these times, or your dedicated timeslot, will mean your order will be kept and available for collection on our next collection day (please note, collection days are Thur, Fri & Sat only during the highlighted times above).

   

Quality

Hullabellissimo cakes are hand-made. Therefore, there may be slight natural variations in appearance.

We reserve the right to replace unavailable components with those of equal or better quality.

At the time of collection you will be asked to check the appearance of the cake. Please take the time to inspect the order and advise us at the time if there are any defects.

 

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering our products or booking a class. We are unable to take bookings via email.

Payment for all orders must be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.

You will receive a confirmation of your order or booking after you have made payment. You must bring this confirmation with you to the class.

Hullabellissimo reserves the right to amend or increase any prices at its own discretion and without notice. Prices may change at any time; this will not affect any goods or classes that have already been paid for.

All amounts are payable in Pounds Sterling. The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making a payment shall be borne by you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold or reserve places

Hullabellissimo gift cards can be used to purchase a class. Any additional monies required will need to be paid at the time of booking.

 

Dietary

We may not be able to accommodate for all dietary requirements. Please contact us 72 hrs before you place your order or book your class if you have any specific requirements.

 

Cancellation of Cakes/Cookies/Chocolate/Balloon or other Product Orders

We can only guarantee a full refund of your order up to 14 days prior to the collection date.

Please note that if you cancel between 14 days to 72hrs prior to delivery or collection date you will receive a maximum of 50% of the order total.

In the event of cancellations within 72hrs of collection or delivery, Hullabellissimo reserves the right to retain the total value of the order to cover costs.

Please note if you place an order for collection or delivery within 72hrs you are ordering it in a non-cancellation period. Therefore, Hullabellissimo reserves the right to retain the total value of the order to cover costs.

Orders placed for next day collection cannot be amended, altered or cancelled once placed.

Once your order has been fulfilled, no amendments or cancellations can be made.

 

Cancellation of Classes

Once you have paid for a class, we are unable to give a refund. You can, however, exchange it for an alternative date, if the class is available, or an alternative class if this is not possible.

 

Health and Safety - Classes

All customers will also receive a short briefing on health and safety before commencing the class.

You should comply with food preparation standards, such as keeping your work surface clean, cleaning your hands appropriately, keeping your hair tied back. Any ingredients Hullabellissimo provide are ‘in date’ products.

All customers should wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles. We recommend wearing suitable clothing for your class/activity - we are not liable for any damage that occurs to clothing. We provide aprons for customer use but recognise these may not entirely protect clothing, so individuals must be aware of the potential risk of damage to their clothing.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside our School. You must only smoke or vape in the allocated locations.

The taking of drugs is strictly prohibited on the site. Alcohol consumption is also prohibited unless provided as part of your class.

Animals are not permitted inside the school.

 

Changes to our classes

 

We reserve the right to change the price of our classes at any point.

The listing image for each class is an example of the style of cake or cookie you will make. Hullabellissimo reserves the right to change a design and style of the final product you will make during the class.

 

Attendance/Behaviour -Classes

The minimum age to attend a class is 16 years old by the day of attendance. Any attendee under this age will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Any attendee who is intoxicated or disruptive, abusive or violent towards our Hullabellissimo members of staff will be asked to leave. In such circumstances, no refunds will be given.

Attendees must comply with reasonable instructions and directions given by Hullabellissimo members of staff.

Your class purchase entitles only one person to attend the class. No other individual will be allowed to access the premises.

If you require a carer to attend with you, please contact us before you book.

 

Liability

Hullabellissimo accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property or for any liability (to the fullest extent permitted by law). Please do not bring any valuables with you, including jewellery that you may wish to remove when baking.

Hullabellissimo will not be liable for any loss or illness suffered by you which is indirect, special or consequential.

Hullabellissimo is not responsible for your vehicle in the car park. Please do not leave any valuables on display in your vehicle.

 

Photography

Under no circumstance can our classes to be recorded by any means. You are welcome to photo your own work and post this on social media.

Hullabellissimo may take photographs and videos during the class. Should you wish not to be photographed, please tell us at the time. We may use these photographs on our website or social media.

 

General

Hullabellissimo reserves the right to vary the terms of these Terms and Conditions for specific classes. Any such variations will be notified to customers prior to or on arrival at the Cookery School & Cake Studio.

We have done our best to ensure our descriptions and content on our website and social media platforms is accurate, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors.

Customer Complaints 

We work hard at Hullabellissimo to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the standard of our service from a product, you should first speak to the manager of the Hullabellissimo.

Hullabellissimo customer care team give all complaints urgent attention. Every complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 15 working days.

Discount Codes

All discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs.

The discount code must be entered into the Discount Code field on the Checkout page and the applied discount will be deducted from the order.

Unless stated, discount codes cannot be combined and only one discount code can be applied to any order.  

Discount codes only apply to products on the online shop and may not be applied to bespoke orders and telephone orders.

Discount codes cannot be applied to past orders and cannot be backdated or redeemed for cash.

Discount codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
